Dr Mahnaz Syed

Specialist Periodontist.

Educated at the prestigious Guys Hospital in London and having received specialist training at the Royal London has meant that Dr Mahnaz Syed has an excellent foundation in Specialist Periodontics.

Dr Mahnaz Syed was the clinical lead in mucogingival surgery and implant soft tissue augmentation at the Royal London Hospital.  This means that Dr Syed has advanced experience in all forms of gum surgeries.  

On arrival in Perth, Dr Syed worked briefly as a general dental practioner accepting in – house periodontal and implant referrals in a busy CBD practice. Mahnaz set up the journal review club within the practice. During this time, she was involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia located within the University of Western Australia. Dr Syed has worked exclusively as a specialist Periodontist since 2008 in West Perth and Booragoon.  Mahnaz has successfully owned and operated Elite Perio in Subiaco since 2010.
