Elite Perio is a specialist dental clinic. We are unique in that we have two dental specialist of different disciplines working in the same location. Located at 4b Centro Ave, Subiaco. For appointments call 9388 8698.

Initally soley a periodontical clinic with periodontist and practice owner Dr Mahnaz Syed we have recently expanded to include prosthodontics through our specialist Dr Soheila Etemadi.

Although we are a specialist clinic we also accept self referrals, please bring any dental records that you have.

Dr Syed is our "gum" (periodontist) specialist and Dr Etemadi is our "tooth" (prosthodontist) specialist.

In addition to our first-class periodontical clinic, our clients can take advantage of the services offered by our prosthodontics specialist, Dr. Etemadi. These two areas of dentistry complement each other perfectly, as the placement of the titanium screws that hold a false tooth can be handled by a periodontist whilst the crown can be fitted by a prosthodontist. This means that if you are in search of the perfect smile, our Subiaco practice is the place to come. In addition to the cosmetic reasons for replacing a lost tooth, this procedure can also help to stop adjacent teeth from moving and destabilising the bite so it is worth considering even if a gap-toothed smile does not bother you in the slightest. Dr Etemadi gained a masters degree from Adelaide University in the subject and has many years experience so you can rest assured that you will be in safe hands when visiting us for any kind of prosthodontics work. These two specialities working at the same location ensures that we are leaders in Implant dentistry treatment in Perth.

 

Self Referrals

Whilst we work with many patients that have been referred by their regular dentist, it is not necessary to wait for this to happen if you feel that you might benefit from our services. Self referrals are welcome and we would encourage you to bring any records along that you have been given by other practitioners so that we can assess your needs more swiftly. Our consultancy fees are kept as low as possible although they do reflect the cost of training needed to become an expert in each field that we specialise. For those with health insurance, it should be possible to obtain a rebate on these fees after submitting the receipt that we issue. On your first visit to our clinic we will look at any records you have, perform a thorough examination to asses your needs for ourselves and take measurements where necessary. If the work that is required is straightforward, we should be able to give you a treatment plan, with a breakdown of the costs, on the same day. Clients that require more complicated work, such as bone grafts or multiple tooth implants, may need to return for a second visit to discuss their options.
